Power Distribution PCB

I built a custom two-layer schematic and layout in Altium, rerouting the board with updated connectors and cleaning up the overall architecture.  To ensure proper thermal management during our worst-case loading conditions, I used these fat polygon pours around the XFi segments and specified trace thicknesses based on the current each trace would carry. I also added some fuse blowout indicator LEDs wired in parallel with each fuse that were supposed to turn on when their accompanying fuse blows.

The redesigned board reduced the overall PCB footprint by 20% and was deployed on last year's competition rover.
